About Debra Phillis arts

I am at my happiest when developing conceptual visual art projects which explore relationships, particularly  relationships to home, to belonging and to technology.

Every day ordinary life throws up questions, big and small. What a joy to ponder them, one at a time.

My recent art practice has centered on small to medium sized works on paper.

 

Debra continues to develop her art practice through regular portfolio development and regular meetings with other artists and believes art is a valuable tool to re-frame how we look at the life in which we find ourselves.
